These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the FastrSoft website, software plugins, browser extensions, applications, digital tools, license keys, subscriptions, documentation, and related digital technology services (“Services”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a license, downloading our software, creating an account, or using any FastrSoft product (including Pixel Ultimate Pro), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase, download, or use our Services.

1. About FastrSoft

FastrSoft is a software and digital technology company dedicated to developing enterprise conversion tracking engines, Server-Side Conversions API (CAPI) infrastructure, analytics tools, WordPress plugins, and related digital technology solutions.

FastrSoft develops, maintains, licenses, and supports digital software products. FastrSoft does not sell physical products. All products and services are delivered strictly via electronic means.

2. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order and payment checkout process is conducted and managed by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Limited / Paddle.com Inc., collectively “Paddle”).

  • Merchant of Record Authority: Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and legal Merchant of Record for all orders placed through FastrSoft.
  • Taxation & Invoicing: Paddle is responsible for processing transactions, calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST, issuing official invoices, and managing payment compliance.
  • Buyer Support: Paddle provides customer service for payment-, transaction-, and order-related inquiries, and processes returns and refunds in accordance with our policies.
  • Product Responsibility: FastrSoft remains solely responsible for developing, maintaining, licensing, and providing technical support for the software products.
  • Transaction Inquiries: For billing, payment receipts, or transaction inquiries, customers may contact Paddle directly through its self-service buyer portal at https://paddle.net.

3. Digital Products & Electronic Delivery

All FastrSoft products, including Pixel Ultimate Pro, are 100% digital software products. Delivery is executed entirely electronically.

Upon successful payment completion via Paddle, access is provided immediately (< 60 seconds) through:

  • Direct automated electronic download links (.zip plugin files)
  • Automated email receipt containing purchase confirmation and licensing credentials
  • A cryptographic license key for software activation and automatic updates
  • Self-service customer portal access at https://fastrsoft.com/my-account/

No physical package, disc, media, or parcel will ever be shipped. There are zero shipping or freight fees.

4. Product Information, Features & Compatibility

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, technical specifications, features, compatibility standards, pricing tables, and screenshots displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, software operates in dynamic environments. Features and integrations may be modified, updated, or improved over time due to:

  • Periodic software enhancements and security patches
  • Updates to WordPress core, WooCommerce, or FluentCart
  • Changes to third-party ad platform APIs (such as Meta Graph API, Google Ads API, TikTok Events API, Pinterest CAPI)
  • Updates to browser privacy standards (such as Apple Safari WebKit ITP or Google Privacy Sandbox)

We encourage users to review our documentation and technical system requirements before completing a purchase.

5. Purchases, Pricing & Currency

  • Checkout Process: All purchases made through our website are securely completed via Paddle’s encrypted checkout modal.
  • Pricing Disclosures: Before completing an order, you will be clearly presented with the product name, selected licensing tier (Starter, Agency, or Enterprise), billing frequency (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), applicable sales taxes or VAT, and the total charge.
  • Currency: Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise converted to your local currency by Paddle at checkout.

6. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewals & Cancellations

If you purchase a product under a recurring subscription model (Monthly or Yearly):

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (every month or every 12 months) at the agreed-upon rate, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Renewal Notifications: For annual plans, renewal notices may be sent prior to the renewal charge date to ensure transparency.
  • Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your FastrSoft Account Dashboard (https://fastrsoft.com/my-account/) or via Paddle’s buyer portal at https://paddle.net.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription disables future automatic recurring charges. Your software license, access to downloads, and priority support will remain active until the conclusion of the currently paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a retroactive refund of prior payments.

7. Software License Terms

Subject to compliance with these Terms and receipt of payment, FastrSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on active domains in accordance with your purchased tier:

  • Starter Tier: Valid for activation on up to 1 live production domain.
  • Agency Tier: Valid for activation on up to 5 live production domains.
  • Enterprise Tier: Valid for activation on unlimited live production domains owned or managed directly by your business.

Licensing Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted in writing by FastrSoft, you agree that you shall NOT:

  1. Resell, redistribute, sub-license, rent, lease, or share software download packages or license keys with third parties or on public forums.
  2. Circumvent, disable, or tamper with the software licensing validation, API token verification, or cryptographic activation mechanisms.
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where permitted by applicable mandatory law.
  4. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software for the purpose of creating a competing commercial product or service.
  5. Use the software for any unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, architecture, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, trade names, logos, documentation, graphics, and website content associated with FastrSoft and Pixel Ultimate Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of FastrSoft and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Your purchase grants you an operating license as described herein; it does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to you.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize FastrSoft software and services solely for legitimate, lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes.
  • Deploy the software in violation of third-party platform terms (such as Meta Business Tools Terms or Google Advertising Policies).
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads through FastrSoft infrastructure or APIs.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of our license activation servers.

FastrSoft reserves the right to immediately deactivate license keys or suspend account access without prior notice if fraudulent activity, licensing abuse, or deliberate violations of this Agreement are detected.

10. Third-Party Services & API Platforms

FastrSoft software (such as Pixel Ultimate Pro) integrates with and dispatches event data to external third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram Conversions API)
  • Google (Google Ads, GA4 Measurement Protocol)
  • TikTok (TikTok Events API)
  • Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)

FastrSoft has no control over the policies, API availability, uptime, service limits, or algorithmic attribution models of third-party platforms. FastrSoft shall not be held liable for any interruptions, changes, deprecations, or restrictions imposed by these external service providers.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Purchases of FastrSoft products are covered by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the software fails to meet your expectations or resolve your tracking needs, you may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FASTRSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

FASTRSOFT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION.

FASTRSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  1. THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
  2. THE SOFTWARE WILL RECOVER 100% OF AD CONVERSIONS IN EVERY CLIENT ENVIRONMENT OR NETWORK CONDITION.
  3. THE SOFTWARE WILL FUNCTION WITH UNTESTED, OUTDATED, OR INCOMPATIBLE THIRD-PARTY PLUGINS OR THEMES.
  4. ANY THIRD-PARTY AD PLATFORM API OR BROWSER TRACKING CAPABILITY WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED INDEFINITELY.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTRSOFT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR RESELLERS (INCLUDING PADDLE) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF AD SPEND, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR AD ACCOUNT BANS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, FASTRSOFT’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT FASTRSOFT PRODUCT LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Changes to Terms

FastrSoft reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time to reflect software updates, legal requirements, or operational changes. When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised.

Your continued use of our website or software after any changes take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, consumer rights under mandatory local laws of the buyer’s jurisdiction shall remain unaffected.
