The operational results, event match quality scores, and conversion recovery metrics achieved through FastrSoft software (including Pixel Ultimate Pro’s Automatic Conversion Recovery and Server-Side Purchase Proxy) depend on numerous external variables beyond our direct control, including:

  • Specific store configuration, PHP runtime, and server hosting environment
  • WordPress core versions, WooCommerce versions, and FluentCart versions
  • Third-party WordPress plugin or theme conflicts
  • Web browser settings, network latency, client-side firewalls, and aggressive ad-blocking filters
  • Operating system privacy restrictions (such as Apple Safari WebKit ITP or Google Chrome privacy sandbox updates)
  • The customer’s individual ad platform account configuration and webhook authentication tokens

FastrSoft does not guarantee that the software will prevent 100% of conversion drops in every conceivable client network failure, or that it will be fully compatible with every legacy or poorly coded third-party plugin.

3. No Guarantee of Commercial or Financial Results

FastrSoft provides tracking tools, CAPI dispatchers, and attribution infrastructure. FastrSoft does not guarantee any specific financial return, sales volume, ad spend efficiency, or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Attribution data provided by Pixel Ultimate Pro is designed to improve tracking fidelity, but advertising performance remains the sole responsibility of the advertiser, store owner, and respective advertising platform algorithms.

4. Third-Party Platforms, APIs & External Services

FastrSoft software interacts with and connects to third-party advertising, analytics, and consent services, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram Conversions API)
  • Google (Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol)
  • TikTok (TikTok Events API)
  • Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)

FastrSoft does not own, manage, or control these third-party platforms. We cannot guarantee the continued availability, uptime, policy stability, API schemas, or programmatic response times of third-party networks. Changes or service interruptions implemented by external platforms are beyond FastrSoft’s responsibility.
